We are currently in an invite-only Beta phase, working closely with a small group of "founding villages" to perfect the experience. We are aiming for a full release in Late Summer 2026—just in time to help you tackle the back-to-school shuffle. Join the waitlist to be notified the moment we go live in the App Store and Google Play!

TeamLift is a purpose-built hub that connects the "what" (the schedule) with the "how" (the carpool) and the "who" (the snacks and gear). Unlike a generic calendar, we offer Smart Conflict Detection and Task Assignments, so the mental load is actually shared, not just documented.
-
Absolutely! While our Auto-Import feature is a fan favorite for its "magic" ability to pull in team schedules, you can easily build your own "Tetris" game manually. Our interface is designed to be fast—you can set up a recurring practice or a one-time game in seconds. Create any shared calendar in your normal IOS or Google Calendar and assign it to that activity.
-
Safety is our top priority. TeamLift is a "closed village" system. You decide exactly who is in your circle—whether it’s other parents on the team, a nanny, or grandparents. Your schedules and carpool details are only visible to the people you’ve explicitly invited to your team.
-
Not at all. While TeamLift is most powerful when a group of parents "teams up," you can use it as your personal mental-load-lightener to manage your own family's carpools, gear lists, and schedules. If you want to invite others to join a specific "lift" or "huddle” for snack signups, they can join your village with a simple link.
-
Our goal is to make the "Village" accessible to everyone. We will always offer a robust free version that covers the essential carpool and scheduling needs. We may eventually offer a "Pro" tier for power users who want advanced features like multi-year archives or advanced analytics (for the true calendar-Tetris masters!).
-
Yes! TeamLift is designed for "Shared Visibility." You and your co-parent can sync your accounts so you both see the same "Single Smart View." No more "Who is picking up today?" texts—the answer is always right in the hub.
