For clubs, schools and kids' programs

Give your families an easier season.

TeamLift is the free app for the parents behind your teams. It puts every schedule in one place and builds the carpools and snack signups around it. You share it once. Families take it from there.

Who we work with

If kids need a ride and someone's bringing snacks, it fits.

Sports clubs and leagues

Club, travel and rec teams in any sport. Hand it to parents at tryouts or the first team meeting.

School athletics and boosters

Middle and high school teams, boosters and PTOs. Game-day duties and team dinners in one link.

Daycares and after-school

Drop-off and pick-up are a carpool too. Families sort out who has which day.

Dance, theater, scouts and more

Studios, casts, camps and troops. Recital week has a packing list as well.

Why it's worth a conversation

Why programs share TeamLift.

It's free for your families

The family calendar, carpools, signups and lists cost nothing. No contract and no fee for your program.

It works with what you use

TeamLift reads the calendar from TeamSnap, GameChanger, PlayMetrics or your school. You keep your team app.

Nothing for your staff to run

Parents set it up themselves. You share a flyer and a link, and we answer their questions.

Carpools stay private

Families ride only with the families they choose, in their own private circle. Your program never assigns rides.

Snack questions get a home

One signup link per team for snacks, the scorebook, the ball cart and team meals. No app needed to sign up.

It's the app about the parents

Team apps are built around the roster. TeamLift is built around the people getting the kids there.

How partnering works

Three steps. No meeting required.

1

Tell us about your program

Fill in the short form below, or email us. Just your program's name and roughly how many families.

2

We send your code and flyer

By email or text: a code that unlocks TeamLift Pro for your families, and a one-page flyer ready to pass along.

3

You share it once

Send it to your families or drop it in the team chat. Families download and set up on their own.

Rather talk it through first? We'll set up a call, or connect with your parent rep or team admin if you introduce us.

A private TeamLift Village of six invited families
Private by design

Built for a family's trust.

  • Carpool circles are invite-only, joined with a private code.
  • We don't track live GPS location in the background.
  • We don't sell family data.
  • Using TeamLift is always optional for your families.
Questions programs ask

The short answers.

Does this replace our team app?

No. TeamLift reads the calendar from the app you already use and adds what it doesn't do: carpools, snack signups and packing lists. Coaches change nothing.

What does it cost our program?

Nothing. The app is free for families, and we give partner programs a code that unlocks Pro for theirs.

Do families have to use it?

No. It's optional, a gift you pass along. Parents who want it download it. Parents who don't can still sign up for snacks from a link.

Will it make our teams carpool?

No. Carpools happen only inside a family's own private circle, with the families they invite. Your program doesn't set them up or see them.

Is it only for sports?

No. Daycare runs, school pick-up, dance, theater, scouts and camps all work the same way.

Do we need a meeting to get started?

No. Most programs only need the code and the flyer, which we send by email or text. If it helps, we can set up a call, or connect with your parent rep or team admin.

From the founder

TeamLift started on a lot of sidelines.

I'm Amber. Our house runs on two kids, six teams across lacrosse, volleyball and soccer, seasons that overlap, and a parent who coaches. I've been the team parent rep with a spreadsheet, a group chat and a signup link that never quite matched.

TeamLift is the tool I wanted. It's built in Powell, Ohio, and I'd love to hear about your program.
