Partner programs get a village code that gives their families Pro free for a set time, plus a flyer to pass along. No contract and nothing for your staff to run.
Do the other parents have to pay, or download anything?
No. Signups, food orders, rosters and pairings work from a link in any browser. To drive or ride in a carpool, each family uses the free app.
What happens after my free uploads?
Everything else keeps working for free. You can add events yourself or sync a team calendar link, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited Magic Import.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime. Pro is billed through your Apple account, so you manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID and Subscriptions.
